1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices are intact.
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items: Used electronic items, broken seals on consumables (cables/batteries), and customized or assembled products cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at contact@electrovergeprivatelimited.com with your order ID and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
  3. If approved, you’ll receive instructions for pickup or courier return.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund or exchange will be processed.

3. Refund Process

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Wallet) within 5–7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit as per your preference.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide images or a short video of the issue to contact@electrovergeprivatelimited.com. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a wrong, defective, or damaged product, ELECTROVERGE INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED will bear all shipping costs.
  • For all other reasons (change of mind, etc.), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
