1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or exchange if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices are intact.
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items: Used electronic items, broken seals on consumables (cables/batteries), and customized or assembled products cannot be returned.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at contact@electrovergeprivatelimited.com with your order ID and reason for return.
- Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, you’ll receive instructions for pickup or courier return.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund or exchange will be processed.
3. Refund Process
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Wallet) within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit as per your preference.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide images or a short video of the issue to contact@electrovergeprivatelimited.com. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to a wrong, defective, or damaged product, ELECTROVERGE INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED will bear all shipping costs.
- For all other reasons (change of mind, etc.), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
